Backpack or wheely suitcase? I don’t fancy a heavy backpack. On the other hand I don’t fancy wheely suitcase up and down stairs. I would like to keep luggage nearby me or under a seat. I don’t want to have an unwieldy case.

I love the yellow samsonite convertible wheely backpack. I love how it looks anyway as I have not encountered it in real life. I love the colours. However it’s 10,000THB!! 200GBP!! Surely I don’t need to spend that much…

My lovely friend Irene has lent me another convertible wheely backpack and I am currently trying it out. It is quite big and heavy even before packing but given that I will be using the wheels most of the time then it could be the one. And it doesn’t cost 10,000THB!
