Have you used Tripit? It’s a great app to keep all your holiday arrangements in one place in chronological order.

You can enter anything manually – journeys, excursions, bookings, accommodation, concerts etc. It will keep the details for you and arrange things chronologically.

However the genius part is that you can forward email confirmations to Tripit and it will automatically enter them into your itinerary. Or ask you if it’s unclear.

I forwarded my accommodation confirmation email and it put it automatically in my itinerary, including the address, check in time and check out time and day.

I tried with an activities confirmation including several days of activities along with other details and it didn’t do well with that. But it was pretty easy to enter manually anyway.

There’s a pro version with added features but I find the free version useful enough.
